A Digital Bridge Between Nature and Consumers
Willit was born from a personal need. As a forager and outdoorsman I see how much pure, sustainably produced food Nordic nature offers and how hard it is for most people to find it.
The goal is a functioning digital local food ecosystem in Finland that respects everyman's rights while using modern technology. We want Finnish wild food to be easy to access and ensure producers receive fair compensation.
I believe technology can preserve and strengthen traditions, not replace them. Willit shows that digitalization and closeness to nature can move together toward a more sustainable future. 'Willit' reflects treasures found through skill and knowledge, not hoarded carelessly.
